TEP National Files for Bankruptcy

Tau Epsi­lon Phi Fra­ter­nity, Inc. filed for Chap­ter 7 bank­ruptcy (liq­ui­da­tion) in United States Bank­ruptcy Court, Dis­trict of New Jer­sey, on Mon­day, Jan­u­ary 24th. This was less than one week after Judge Schweitzer’s order that set the stage for an elec­tion.
