Tau Omega Charity Golf Fundraiser

The Tau Omega (Uni­ver­sity of Rhode Island) Chap­ter of TEP char­ity golf out­ing is com­ing up on Sep­tem­ber 15th. This year marks the 4th annual tour­na­ment and we’re excited to open up the reg­is­tra­tion to area alumni of other chap­ters. We’re hop­ing to have 75+ guys out this year and blow away our dona­tion amount last year.

For those not aware, we started this tour­na­ment 4 years ago and have turned it into a fundraiser for the Huntington’s Dis­ease Soci­ety of Amer­ica — New Eng­land divi­sion. Back in 2010 we had a brother taken by this dis­ease and we’ve focused efforts ever since to do any­thing we can to help.

The tour­na­ment details are as fol­lows:

What: 4th Annual TEP Char­ity Golf Clas­sic
Where: Beaver River Golf Club, Rich­mond RI
When: Sep­tem­ber, 15, 2012 12PM reg­is­tra­tion, 1PM shot­gun start
Cost: $100 per per­son

Other: 4-man Scram­ble. Clos­est to the pin, longest drive con­test and awards, TEP Golf give­away, 18 holes, cart, and din­ner included. Great raf­fle and auc­tion items avail­able after din­ner. The chap­ter house is only a few miles down the road and will be open for house tours start­ing at 10:00 am for any­one inter­ested.
