Saturday Morning begins with a Buffet Breakfast and the beginning of our Grand Chapter Official Business Meeting. As noted above, this is the time for our International Consul to provide a State of the Fraternity Report, followed by our International Quaestor (Treasurer) and concluded with our Undergraduate Vice-Consul providing a State of the Undergraduates Report. Following these Reports, we will conduct the Elections for the Grand Council, followed by our Legislation Work which will include voting on Amendments to our Constitution.
After our Officers have been elected for their two year term and the official business has been completed, we will provide a Break to allow everyone to prepare for our Dinner and Awards Gala. This wonderful tradition will allow for the presentation of Honors and Awards to our Undergraduates and our Undergraduate Chapters and to Install the New Grand Council. We are also working on a few surprises for our Keynote Speakers as well. Due to the proximity of this Meeting in Florida and the #1 Destination Spot in the Southeast, we eagerly welcome all Alumni to join us as we also recognize distinguished guests and former Honorees.

It is our hope that all attendees leave the weekend with a new sense of pride for the organization and charged with a personal understanding of what they may do to assist the fraternity forward to the future. The day should end at 12:00, with the exception of the newly elected Grand Council Officers. For those Undergraduates and Alumni newly elected to the Grand Council, we will ask these individuals to remain from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM for a New Officer Meet and Greet.
