Joshua Delgado, Chapter Services Consulant

Tau Epsilon Phi Fraternity, Inc. is pleased to announce the hiring of Mr. Joshua B. Delgado to the newly created position of Chapter Services Consultant. In this role, Joshua will be responsible for visiting our existing chapters and learning about their operations to better understand their strengths as well as the unique challenges they face on their campus. He will work with the chapters to aid them in areas of operations, risk management, recruitment and any other area where they may need assistance. He will also assist with chapter expansion efforts and National events as needed.

Joshua brings great strength to his position. He was instrumental in turning around his chapter after a period of difficulty with the University. While Chancellor of his Chapter, Joshua oversaw an increase in membership from 11 to 30 Brothers. Joshua led his chapter as they received the highest of accolades from the University and National Fraternity. The honors bestowed upon them included “Fraternity of the Year,” “IFC Chapter with the highest GPA,” and “Advisor of the Year.” The Grand Council also awarded the Chapter the Irving Golembe Memorial Trophy to the Chapter of Merit, synonymous with Chapter of the Year.

Joshua earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Johnson & Wales University Magna Cum Laude in May, 2017. He presently resides in Providence, Rhode Island.

Joshua will report to Tim Smith, International Consul of Tau Epsilon Phi.

Joshua can be reached at jdelgado@tep.org. For more information on Joshua, please go to www.tep.org/jdelgado.
